Meeting the Unique Needs of the Military

We appreciate the sacrifices you have made for our country and recognize that if you are considering a divorce, you need a process that minimizes the stress and conflict you and your family will be facing during the break up of your marriage.

Our program can be tailored to meet your individual needs. When facing deployment or transfer, your time constraints and distance create special hardships which we know how to expedite. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us directly at 210-822-1708.

Meeting the Unique Needs of Your Faith

We don’t promote divorce, but we know sometimes it seems like the only solution. The process we have designed allows for you, as a couple, to work toward divorce at your own pace providing resources to help you.

If, as you negotiate your final agreement, you decide you want to change directions or slow down, we are able to provide you with the time you need to re-evaluate. If you have questions, please contact us directly at 210-822-1708.

Meeting the Unique Needs of Life Changes

What worked when your children were little may not work for them as they grow older. Employment and family obligations change over time. If your original co-parenting plan doesn’t fit your family’s needs, we provide an opportunity for you to modify your parenting plan without the emotional drama and financial drain of battling through the court system. Our two-pronged approach means that your concerns are addressed thoroughly and efficiently.

Each parent meets for a single counseling session to discuss co-parenting concerns. Then we schedule a single two hour session of mediation resulting in a binding Mediated Settlement Agreement. This MSA is filed with the court to legally modify your current parenting plan.

No lawyers filing motions back and forth.
No long waits.
No increased tension or resentment.
No expensive bills.
